Antithesis were looking to recruit a London based Engineering Manager for their European based team, as the company works out of Virginia, US. Working with the CTO and the London team, we found the exact person they were after within a few short weeks.
Thayer was knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. She communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure both I was well prepared. I always felt she was focused on finding the right long-term fit for me and the employer, not just making a placement. If you're hiring senior engineering leaders or looking for your next leadership role, I'd have no hesitation recommending Thayer. Her combination of technical credibility, honesty and professional approach is rare in recruitment.Engineering Manager, Antithesis
