We have worked with IF on and off as needed over the last few years. Working directly with the founder and CEO, Sarah, we help work out the pain points of skills and experience shortage within the business and balance them with those doing great work inside the company to work out what the next hires should be. We’ve also conducted interview training and workshops, and helped with devising hiring plans and role remits.
